SPR# JALS7CG2NW - If there is no name or filename parameter (i.e., no content-type or content-disposition header) then the unique name assigned to the tnef stream attachment is used. Prior to this fix, the tnef converter simply skipped tnef stream attachments without a name or filename parameter value.
